What are VIP tiers?
VIP Tiers are designed to offer reduced trading costs to those who reach specific 30-day trading milestones. Traders are automatically upgraded to one of two VIP levels once this activity level is met:
- VIP 1 – 25% discount on fees
- VIP 2 – 40% discount on Crypto Futures, 50% discount on CFDs
These fee reductions apply to taker fees, while maker fees remain unchanged across all tiers.

How to qualify
VIP levels are based on the total trading volume over the past 30 days across:
- Crypto instruments (Futures & CFDs)
- Forex and other non-crypto CFDs
Once the trading volume threshold is reached, the account is upgraded automatically.
